The Oberoi Group recently commenced the selection process for its two-year ‘Post Graduate Management Programme’ at The Oberoi Centre of Learning Development (OCLD) in New Delhi.

 

The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development launched a new 18-month Sales Management programme last year for graduates looking for a long-term career in hospitality sales. 

 

The mandate for The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development has been expanded to lead training and development interventions to all levels in the organisation.  The Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) is now the most coveted Undergraduate Programme for high school graduates seeking to take their first steps in the hospitality industry.  In addition, the Supervisory Development Programme and the Executive Development Programme are specifically designed to equip hotel employees with the necessary competencies and skills to take on higher positions of responsibility within the organisation.

In order to be eligible for the two-year Management Programme, candidates should: 

 

• Have completed or be completing a university or college degree in any subject.
• Be between 19 and 25 years old
